Ok so its been a few days
Im sorry for that but I cant go back I never go backwards
so------
today I ate for breakfast
oatmeal with nuts and two glasses of water
no snack :-(
lunch
salad with an assortment of leafy greens the usual stuff
green beans
eggs
carrots (shredded )
sunflower seeds
and lite raspberry Walnut dressing
and two glasses of water
I will post what i have for dinner later
